One-Day Mindful Eating Retreat
What are we truly hungering for?

Julie Deane-Williams and Fathima Bux invite you to join them as they explore mindfulness, and what it means to pay attention here, now in this moment - without judgement. By cultivating the capacity to be present in our lives, we learn how to be interested, curious and compassionate to what is, as it unfolds. As we anchor ourselves in this present moment, tuned in to the wisdom that lies within; we will spend time reflecting on what causes women to fall victim to body wars, and become slaves to dieting and food obsession. We will also discuss skills that we can practice, so that we can create healthier relationships with food, eating our bodies and ourselves.
