This is an 8 week programme (for women only) to provide an in-depth training and healing opportunity.

Several courses will be offered in 2013 at 21 Constantia Road, Plumstead, Cape Town. They are generally offered on Thursday evenings from 18h30 to 21h00. Provisional dates for the next courses in 2013 are:

• 2nd May to 20th June 2013
• 25th July to 12th September 2013
• 10th October to 28th November 2013

The course costs are R3,000, and a free pre-course assessment session is essential.

The course will be facilitated by Julie McIntosh, a registered dietician, who since 1992 has worked and lectured extensively in the field of disordered eating and eating disorders. She is also a mindfulness meditation teacher.
