This is an 8 week programme (for women only) to provide an in- depth training and healing opportunity.

Several courses will be offered in 2012 at Little Stream, Constantia, Cape Town. They are generally offered on Thursday evenings from 5:30pm to 8pm. Prosional dates for the next courses in 2012 are:

3 May to 21 June 2012
19 July to 6 September 2012
18 October to 6 December 2012

The course costs R2800, and a free pre-assessment session is essential.

The courses will be facilitated by Julie McIntosh, a registered dietician, who for the past 20 years has worked and lectured extensively in the field of disordered eating and eating disorders. She is also a mindfulness meditation teacher.

day of silence

All graduates are invited to join the four Days of Silence in 2012. They will be held of 9th June, 25th August and 24th November at the Schoenstatt Retreat and Training Centre from 8:30 - 16:30. The cost is R350.
